Naturopath In Kirkland: Holistic Medicine & Naturopathy Treatment with Dr. Savannah Bukant

Local Naturopath in Kirkland. You Will Never Feel Unheard Again With Your Health.

Hi there—I'm so glad you’ve found your way here. If your body hasn’t been feeling like itself lately, and you’ve been wondering if there’s a more natural, personalized way to get back on track, I want you to know—you’re not alone. And you're exactly where you need to be.

I’m a naturopathic doctor based right here in Kirkland. I work with people who are tired of feeling dismissed, who want answers, and who are ready to feel more connected to their health again. If you're dealing with low energy, stress, digestive issues, hormone shifts—or just a deep sense that something’s off—we’ll take a thoughtful, whole-body approach to help you heal.

This is not a one-size-fits-all clinic. We’ll take our time, look at the full picture, and build a plan that’s realistic, natural, and rooted in what actually works for you.

Why Kirkland Patients Are Choosing Root-Cause Care

Life in Kirkland is busy, active, and vibrant. Whether you’re walking the trails at Juanita Bay Park, commuting from Totem Lake, or enjoying a peaceful weekend in Houghton or Finn Hill, your health plays a huge role in how you show up each day.

But here’s the thing—when something feels “off” in your body, even the little things can feel hard. Maybe you’ve been to a few doctors, had some labs run, and were told everything looks fine...but you still don’t feel well. That’s where naturopathic medicine makes a difference.

We go deeper. We look at how your digestion, hormones, nervous system, immune health, and daily rhythms all connect. Then we use natural tools—nutrition, herbs, testing, and lifestyle shifts—to support your body’s healing in a way that feels doable and compassionate.

This is about getting to the root, not just covering up symptoms.

You Don’t Need to Push Through Anymore

My office is centrally located in Kirkland—just a few minutes from neighborhoods like Rose Hill, Norkirk, South Kirkland, Everest, and Downtown. Whether you’re stopping by after a walk on the Cross Kirkland Corridor or squeezing in a visit between work and errands, you’ll find that my clinic is easy to reach and designed to feel like a breath of fresh air.

I also offer virtual visits, so even if your schedule is packed, you can still get the care you deserve—from the comfort of your home.

This is a space where you’ll be listened to, supported, and never rushed.

What We Can Work On—Together

My office is located in Kirkland, a quick drive from Kenmore. Many of my patients from the North Lake Washington area make the trip—or opt for virtual visits when that’s easier. Either way, you’ll feel heard, supported, and never rushed.

The space I’ve created is calm, inclusive, and welcoming. Whether you’re a teacher, a parent, a student, or someone in transition, you’ll find that care here feels different.

What We Can Work On—Together

Here are some of the most common concerns I help with at my Kirkland practice:

  • Low energy & burnout – We’ll figure out what’s draining you and rebuild energy from the inside out.

  • Hormonal imbalances – Irregular cycles, thyroid shifts, PMS, perimenopause—we support your body’s rhythm naturally.

  • Digestive issues – Whether it’s bloating, IBS, reflux, or food sensitivities, we’ll restore gut balance.

  • Mood, anxiety & overwhelm – We’ll use herbs, nutrition, and nervous system support to help you feel steady again.

  • Sleep challenges – Trouble falling or staying asleep? We’ll help your body rest and restore.

Immune support & detox – We strengthen your body’s defenses and gently clear what it doesn’t need.

What is Naturopathic Medicine?

Naturopathic medicine combines the science of modern diagnostics with natural, time-tested healing approaches. It’s licensed medical care that looks at the root causes of illness—not just the surface symptoms.

We take your whole story into account. Your labs, your stress levels, your nutrition, your sleep, your gut health. And from there, we build a plan that feels personal, sustainable, and empowering.

It’s not about doing everything perfectly. It’s about tuning in, supporting your body, and making progress at a pace that feels right for you.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment is 75 minutes long, giving us time to really explore your health story. We’ll talk about your symptoms, your lifestyle, your history, and how you’re feeling day to day. You’ll never be rushed, and nothing is off the table.

If it feels helpful, we might run labs to check in on hormones, gut health, inflammation, or nutrient levels. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that includes natural support—herbs, supplements, nutrition shifts, lifestyle routines, and tools to help you feel stronger and more balanced.

Every step is tailored to you.
